Pyrolysis. The general temperature is around 400 to 700 degrees Celsius. The products are usually chemical raw materials (such as ethylene, propylene, styrene, etc.) and fuels (such as gasoline, diesel, tar, etc.). Through pyrolysis, converting waste plastics into chemical raw materials and fuels is an important way for resource recovery and avoiding secondary pollution.

3. Processes:
1. Sort out the hard debris such as stones and iron pieces from the waste plastics.
2. Dry the moisture in the waste plastics and keep the moisture level below 3% as much as possible.
3. For hard waste plastics, they need to be crushed to a size of 5mm or smaller. For soft plastics, they should be crushed to the size of a palm.
4. If it is necessary to ensure or increase production capacity, it is best to press the soft plastics into particles to increase density.
5. The materials are transported through the automatic feeder to the pyrolysis reactor.
6. After the waste materials undergo high-temperature pyrolysis, the gas and oil pass through the condensation system to obtain fuel oil of different qualities.
7. The residue after pyrolysis is similar to carbon black, with a high calorific value, and can be used for burning boilers, etc.
