Pyrolysis Process Introduction

(1)Conditioned Process.The water content of 80-95% oily sludge dehydrated by centrifuge was added into the conditioner, and the coating water in the oily sludge was broken to facilitate the precipitation of water.
(2)Concentration Process.Let oil sludge concentration separation.Waters go out from up and drier oil sludge goes into flocculation.
(3)Flocculation. Pre-sperate oily sludge from water.
(4)Muti-prefiltration.To obtain drier sludge after prefiltration.
(5)Multi-level transform ultrafiltration. Deeply dehydration to standard discharge. 
(6)Convey.40-60% oil content here.

The pyrolysis of organic matter in oily sludge burned by adding catalytic accelerant. In the preheating and drying materials, the injector is used to mix the catalytic accelerant with the oily sludge. Under the action of high temperature and catalytic accelerant, the oily sludge pyrolyzes and self-ablates, and finally the oily sludge becomes red brick color, completely devoid of water and organic matter, leaving only dry inorganic matter.
